To insure the highest quality and to maintain wholesale price our jewelers make brand new jewelry after its purchased and it usually takes about 14 business days for them to complete. Once the jewelry is complete, we will ship out the first business day after.

- All products have 10-days MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (less restocking fee)

- All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- For refund or exchange you must contact us through email no later than 3 days after you received your order and must be post-marked no later than 10 days.
- For refund all product condition must be brand new. Upon receipt of your return all items will be inspected for use or modification. If the returned product has signs of considerable use or any modification (such as ring sizing) refund or exchange will not be issued and the product will be sent back to buyer.

FOR FURNITURE:
We will usually ship 2-4 business days after payment is received. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER so we can contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered to your doorstep. Orders without contact numbers will only delay the shipment. Shipment confirmations will be sent through ebay and tracking numbers will be provided.
All of our items include FREE SHIPPING to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship internationally. Delivery drivers may not enter your home so please be prepared to move larger items by having help available at the time of delivery. Small parcel items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Large items will be shipped via curbside delivery with common freight carriers. Inside deliveries into the garage or the first dry area of the home is also available for an additional $75. Your order will be crated and palletized to ensure protection of your order during transit. ALL NEW YORK DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL $100 HANDLING FEE UNDER TAX WHILE CHECKOUT
TIME OF DELIVERY You are 100% fully insured for damages and shortages. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When your item is received, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the driver leaves. Do NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any VISIBLE damages or shortages, refuse and it must be written on the freight bill "PACKAGE DAMAGED" and then signed by you and the truck driver. If the boxes look in good shape, you can sign and clear the delivery receipt. If you open the box at home and see something damaged upon opening, please notify us right away so we can file a claim. All damages and shortages are to be reported to us no later than 3 days after received, otherwise, the insurance is null and void. Please notify us if you have refused an item so we can except the returned shipment and send you a replacement.
REPLACEMENTS In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements FREE OF CHARGE. Replacements generally takes within two weeks of being ordered.
